Three things to do this week. First, run an AI system inventory sweep across product, data, IT, and procurement. Include embedded AI inside third-party SaaS you didn't build. Second, classify every system against the Act's four tiers. Third, ship Article 50 fixes: chatbot disclosures, machine-readable content marking, deepfake labels.

The enterprises that treat this as an engineering project with legal checkpoints will survive. The ones treating it as a legal memo will get findings.
