1. Use of the Platform

The Platform provides AI intelligence, research articles, and technology analysis. Content is provided for informational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit our content without explicit written permission.

2. Accounts

Some features require account creation via Google OAuth or magic link authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

3. Premium Subscriptions

Premium content requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly through Paystack. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your billing period.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code on the Platform is owned by Infomly Labs. Our articles, research, and analysis are protected by copyright law. Fair use quotations with attribution are permitted.

5. Limitation of Liability

Content on the Platform is provided "as is" for informational purposes. We do not guarantee the accuracy of market analysis or technology predictions. Infomly Labs is not liable for decisions made based on our content.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
